Here’s the Process to Get Started:
Apply online or in person. When you visit our office, please bring:
- Two professional references
- Two forms of ID
- Copies of certifications or licenses
You will complete one or more assessments, depending upon your skill set and interests.
Once your application has been processed, you will meet with an FTS recruiting specialist for a one-on-one interview. To match you with the ideal opportunity, our recruiting professionals dig deeper during the interview – learning about your goals, personality and work preferences. Your work history will be discussed, as well as current openings that may be right for you.
Once you are hired, you will receive an orientation outlining the requirements of Future Technology Staffing and the company where you are assigned.
Placing you is just the beginning of our professional relationship. Once you begin an assignment or direct position, we stay in touch for a minimum of six months, to ensure your long-term success and satisfaction in your new work setting.
